I was reluctant to buy these since DC isn't really a surf brand, so I didn't know what to expect. But they did a good job on these. Nice and stretchy, quality seems the same compared to my rip curl and billabong shorts. The fitting is ON POINT, ordered a 34 and it fit perfect. Length is also good, I'm 6'0" and they go right below the knees.
