Mavic Mavic M10 Cassette W/M10 Chain
A poor product

I've been running a "Wheels Mfg" Campagnolo conversion cassette on FSA RD400 wheels satisfactorily for a long time and purchased Mavic M10 cassette and chain as a replacement.(1) This new cassette simply won't fit onto the FSA spline, it's too wide, though it will fit onto a Mavic wheel.(2) The shifting is fine for a few cogs only, then the alignment is poor for the rest of the cogs. I think that the set-up for Campag is poor as the plastic spacings are inapropriate making the whole cassette too wide. The cassette also has a cheap and nasty bronze appearance. I'll be seeking out another "Wheels Mfg" cassete as the previous one worked just fine and looked like a quality product.
