Will these work for a 22 year old girl who wears a 5.5 boot? about 115 lbs, i know it says boot size 4-9 but not sure if kids sizing is the same as women's

They will work to fit your boot however I would spend the extra money and get a girls binding. Girl's have a lower calf muscle and carry their weight differently then a child or man. Girl's bindings have a lot of technology put into them to make them anatomically correct to help a girl progress as fast as she can and be comfortable while doing so.
