So how does the "heat-moldable" option on these shoes...

So how does the "heat-moldable" option on these shoes work? Is this something that you do at home...as in, put them in the oven like other heat-moldable insoles? Or is this something that specifically has to be done at an authorized Shimano dealer? Also...I've heard there is some other custom "vacuum" fitting with this shoe? Is that also done at a dealer?

Yes, it should be done at a dealer. First they heat the shoe then you put it on and they put a vacuum bag over it and vacuum it to your foot. I have a close friend who is having it done today. If you don't buy these from the local bike shop they probably won't do the heat and vacuum for you, or at the very least will want to charge for it.
