Item # OAK2777 truly have a 23 in inseam or outseam. I am looking for something that is long with a true 23 inch inseam not outseam.

Good catch, that is a type-o. These actually have a 23.5 inch OUTSEAM. Sorry, I don't know of anything much longer than this. 23" inseam may be hard to come by.
