Orca 226 Tri Tank keeps coming apart at the seam below the zipper....

Orca 226 Tri Tank keeps coming apart at the seam below the zipper. Twice. only swam a couple times in it both times. Size large, even though the size chart for my chest size fail just into the medium range. Too tight was not the problem. Is this just a flaw in this shirt?
