Ok, Help me out here..... so i tried on a Mcmurdo Parka today...

Ok, Help me out here..... so i tried on a Mcmurdo Parka today and with wearing a 200 weight fleece, I was sort of between a large and an XXL. Any thoughts? Do I need to go for the XXL to be on the safe side. I am a pretty big guy so I was surprised the Large was so comfortable.
