Just got the Rab Quantum 400 - my first down bag. Like the fit and function, but have a question. The draft collar and hood have cinch chords on the opposite side of the zipper, but on the zipper side they are unattached loops. I can't see anything in the bag to attach the loops to, to make a closed circuit. Am I supposed to use something else?
