Is this frame made in China instead of Italy?

I have never heard of a Pinarello which has an English BB

This includes an English adapter. The frame has the larger Pinarello bottom bracket, but to enable you to use more traditional bottom brackets, they included the adapter. I have this frame, I love it and, to confirm, it says "Handmade in Italy" right on it. I bought it last year from this site (when it was Backcountry Outlet).
