I have the Head S10 (I have had them a few years) I took out the liner and it it looks like the shell is a 24.5 but the liner says 240-245 and the sole of the boot says 287mm. I am not sure if it is the 24 or the 24.5 I should order. Any idea what the sole of this boot measures and if I should be ok with the 24.5?

These shells are actually only sized on the half size (ie: 24.0 and 24.5 are actually use the exact same shell and liner). The only difference between these sizes will be the insole. Which for the 24.0 will be slightly higher in volume to take up some extra space in the shell, making it feel smaller. For the best fit, I'd suggest simply going with a custom insole, or other trim-to-fit options offer by super feet. In this case either size will work for you. Otherwise, you may want to order both sizes so you are able to try them on back to back- picking the fit you prefer; returning the other.
