I have a Yakima SkiSlopes rack but the mounts are too narrow...

I have a Yakima SkiSlopes rack but the mounts are too narrow for my 2006 Mercury Mariner. The rack on the Mariner runs across the roof from "door to door". Can you tell me what I need to buy to be able to use my existing Yakima Ski Mount?
