I bought these off of SAC and just received them, they seem like killer shoes. On the tag it mentions that an extra BOA lace, some type of special tool and instructions to change the lace are included. None of these were in the box.

Can BC.com send me that stuff? Is it actually included with the shoes or was this a misprint?
