I am 5'4 and 145 pounds. I'm not sure what size to get....

I am 5'4 and 145 pounds. I'm not sure what size to get. I wear a m/l in juniors, and usually a small in women's shirts. I just don't want to get such an expensive jacket just for it to be huge or too snug. Help me?
