Hey peeps. Could anyone tell me if this jacket is wind proof? I live in chicago and as some of you might know it gets really windy out here and in the winter that can drastically change the temp. both outside and inside the jacket. Also I'm looking to use this jacket for commuting and hiking in temps as low as mid to low 20s Fahrenheit. Would this work well for that?
