Does anyone have a real life weight of this tent? Seems strange that it is listed as lighter than the 2 person version.

Yes, bathtub floor that's seam sealed. I get the weight at 5 lbs 12oz including EVERYTHING (stuff sack, bags for tent poles, bag for pegs, etc).
