Can someone from Department of Goods please clarify the ambiguous...

Can someone from Department of Goods please clarify the ambiguous descriptions? The write up says mountain, but the intended use says road and the size is listed as 700 as opposed to 29, which also suggests road. The spacing is listed as 135, but one reviewer claims that is false and they are 130.

These are definitely road wheels. Rear spacing is actually ~130.5mm, but that's within tolerance of 130.
