I purchased size Large, same as the Castelli jerseys that I wear. I am 6'2" 165lb with long skinny arms and the Large fit perfect, they do have room for much larger arms than mine. My biggest concern was the length because most sleeved items are too short on me, these turned out to be spot on and am very satisfied at the overall fit. They also have a nice silicone gripper on the top to keep from sliding down, none at the wrist.
