Are there any thermal or windblocking features on these bibs? Or is the lycra just "regular summer-type" type of bib short lycra?

These are regular summer weight Lycra shorts. The only thermal bib from Capo is the Pursuit Roubaix bib. All Men's tights and knickers from Capo are thermal, the Padrone series uses Windtex, all others are thermal only.
