Patagonia Down Vest - Men's

I bought this vest for a gift and the recipient initially loved it - it's a beautiful color and a great fit. However, we noticed a tiny frayed spot on the front of the vest during the first wearing where some of the down was coming out. I didn't want to send it back because it was a birthday present, so after a few quick stitches it was OK - but it would have been a pain if I hadn't had any blue thread. A few days later, the zipper stuck, but we were able to repair that as well with a few twists of the placket. Probably isolated incidents but not the usual quality I'd expect from Patagonia.
