Excellent adjustable pole.

Black Diamond FlickLock Expedition Poles - 1 Pair

My wife and I both bought a set of the FlickLock poles and couldn't be happier with them. They are made to a high standard of quality and are easy to adjust since they have levers instead of twist locks. We recently used them for an extended snowshoe trip and they proved to be sturdy enough for rough going. The price for them was reasonable considering how well made they are. It would be hard to go wrong with these if you are looking for an adjustable pole.
