Ordered a pair of these mid-December, but had to return them. The size 9.5 which I ordered (I have worn 9.5 all my adult life) squeezed my feet causing much pain in a short time as I checked them out inside on wall-to-wall carpet. The inside of boot felt very hard and the size seemed like a 9.5 AA instead of 9.5 C. Regrettable had to return these boots since they didn't seem to "give" at all. These are gorgeous boots but if they aren't properly sized, you are likely to have a similar problem.
