not good for indoor spinning

Shimano SH-WR40 Cycling Shoe - Women's

this shoe was not good for me- when received I was told I could still use this type of shoe for my indoor spinning class -long and the short of it.......using a hard shoe made my calves cramp up and the shoe is very narrow and constricting- I do not recommend it for indoor spinning class and I think that should be part of Realcyclist's description of the shoe
