Great all-weather jacket

Marmot PreCip Jacket - Men's

I'm a bike commuter in Chicago, and the Precip is a great shell. It is waterproof and windproof. The zippers are easy to manipulate even with gloved fingers. The hood could be a bit larger; it feels a little constricting. With my two wool layers, wicking and insulating, and the Precip on top, I'm comfortable in almost every weather situation, from drizzly and chilly to downright cold and windy.
