Great, but.....

KEEN Newport Sandal - Women's

I love my Keens, but.... they tend to be a bit warm. We are a very active Scouting family, between summer camp, Philmont, soccer, football, and more, we spend the majority of the summer on the go. I love the extra foot protection they offer and the fit is great, but it does run a little small (order 1/2 size larger than your everyday shoes.) Due to the extra foot protection, I think the shoe tends to hold the heat of my foot, any sweat is allowed to evaporate, but the heat tends to stay behind. The heat is not so excessive as to make the shoes un-wearable, but occasional the dogs need to come out and cool off on a real hot day. Otherwise, I love my keens!
