686 Smarty Vanity Snowboard Jacket - Women's

686 Smarty Vanity Snowboard Jacket - Women's

The Vanity is an all around fab jacket. The pass holder on the cuff is easily accessible, the zippers never get stuck, it is all around very windproof and I love the zip-out liner. My favorite option is the zip off hood--since most hoods don't work well with helmets. When I'm not on the mtn. I leave it on to keep out the snow. And it will stay dry with use-unlike other brands of jackets I've owned.

This is an all around excellent board. Makes quick turns, has great pop- works well freeriding and hitting the jumps. Holds an edge in those icy conditions. I've ridden several brands of boards, and this one so far has proven itself to be one of the best-especially if you have an agressive style and are looking to progress your skills on the hill.

Salomon Ivy Snowboard - Women's

Salomon Ivy Snowboard - Women's

Be wary of the Ivy- I owned last year's model and it delaminated after riding it on the mtn. 6 times. Since most of my boards last me about 100 days on the hill I knew it was faulty construction and sent it in to the manfacturer. After a sorry explanation they returned it to me. My friend owned the same board and it also delaminated but after 10 days on the hill. They however sent her a new deck. I will never purchase another Salomon deck again. EVER.
