Volcom seems to step it up each season with style and fabrics. The Mentalator is no exception. What first drew me to the jacket was the style. I dig the asymmetrical waterproof zippers, custom Volcom screening on the back, and sick brown color way. The 20K fabric breathes great and is super waterproof. I also like the underarm vents on this jacket compared to chest vents on others. There are plenty of pockets along with headphone routing make it user friendly, and an all around great fit top it off. The medium is perfect me with plenty of room to layer underneath. The addition of the Recco reflector adds another layer of safety in the backcountry. Great jacket!

Volcom outerwear seems to get sicker and sicker each season. I love the Warp pant in the khaki maze print. They have a super good ergo fit. I am rocking the large and they are plenty big. Ghetto slits top off the style. There are plenty of zippered pockets for security and storage. The inseam vents allow you to dump excess heat, and the pants are lined with a rad "80s fluorescent" mesh lining. They seem like they’ll be plenty warm during the coldest days, and the 10K fabric is super breathable and waterproof.
