Phantom SO Jacket

This jacket is a real windstopper and has some inner linings that help with warmth, stays tight to the body. Highly recommend this and have been wearing it with sturdy short sleeve base, long sleeve flimsy base and then the jacket for windy weather in the 40s.
I bought the Large but had to return it and get the XL, I see other people confused on the size chart. I'm just 5' 9" with slightly broad shoulders and the large was too tight in the shoulders and a little in the arms, besides I'll be layering for warmth underneath.
I first bought the Lemon yellow, nice color, but on the XL I got the Neon Yellow (by mistake, my bad) and it is REALLY neon, which is better for night riding anyway.
