OK...I figured out how to roll up the hood but still looking for the answer to the little rubber ring on the draw cord. How it's suppose to keep the cord cinched is still a mistery.

How do you tighted the draw cord at the bottom of the jacket using the small rubber gromet attached to the cord other than knoting the cord?

Also, how to you roll up the hood using the velcro tap on the back of the hood?
