EMU Port Julia Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Women's

It's just way too big. I ordered a medium, but I don't even know if an XS would be the right size. It's obviously sized to be a bit oversized, but I don't want to wear a shirt that I constantly have to tug on to keep from falling off my shoulders or down my back. The sleeves are also gigantic, so you have to wear a tank top underneath so your bra won't be seen (unless you like that--I happen to think it's tacky, especially at work). It would be really cute if it were tailored better.
