Had to return the item

Castelli Nero Classic Men's Bib Shorts

They didn't tell me about the return labels until after I returned it and they would not refund shipping. Just the cost of the item. Unlike a couple of other companies I use to get the exact same products. It is interesting how a company would rather lose a customer then refund relatively small shipping charges. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
