For the price you can't get a better bag! The compression sack it comes with is great, and with a little bit of work it can be compressed down to the size of a volleyball.

I've had this board hanging above my door for a while now. Definitely keeps me in shape during the off season or when the weather is bad and I can't make it out to the local crag.

Very comfortable pad. I've had it for 2 years now and have spent months on it during that time. Self inflating works well as long as you're in the right temps and altitude. Great for car camping!

Most comfortable pair of sunglasses I own. I went through my share of sunglasses "testing." The a friend of mine introduce me to Native. I haven't bought any other pair since. Plus they're so good looking! I have used their warranty twice with no conflicts whatsoever. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Definitely recommended!

MHM Salute 34 Backpack - 2075cu in

MHM Salute 34 Backpack - 2075cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 6, 2012

I got this pack through their Kickstarter program. And so far I have used it a lot more than I thought I would. From a few days out in the mountains, to day rock climbing trips, and to just packing a few things while riding my bike around town, this pack is perfect for almost all occasions. My favorite feature, as well as all who see it, is the S-shaped zipper. This pack truly is an "any" loader. You can load from the bottom, front, top, or...all at once! Since it unzips all the way open you can find anything at a moments notice, which comes in handy in the backcountry.

The construction of this pack is top notch. Heavy duty fabrics are used throughout. The zippers are big and durable. The handle on top is great to carry it around. The fact that the compression straps can be hidden is very cool. It gives the pack a nice clean look. Pockets on the hipbelts for easy access to gear. The pockets on the inside of the pack seem waterproof. I haven't used it in a torrential downpour yet though. But a nice feature is that this pack comes with the rainfly included!!

In the end I couldn't recommend this pack more. Its unique design, incredible looks, and unmatchable features make this a must buy pack.

I think I want another one...

Sweet Hammock

Rating for this product: 5 July 6, 2012

I've had this hammock since 2008 and I take it with me everywhere. I bought it as an upgrade so I could have more space than the Single Nest. Its small and packable size makes it perfect to fit in any backpack. I do recommend the Slap Straps though. And a significant other to snuggle up with!

I've personally never had a problem with it. But when I'm backpacking with it I'm usually so tired I could fall asleep on anything. And with how comfortable this hammock is it should be pretty easy to get used to. The only problem I've experienced is that you get colder faster because there isn't any insulation between you and the ground. But they sell insulators that solve that problem. Hope this helps!

Petzl Ange Finesse Quickdraw

Petzl Ange Finesse Quickdraw

Rating for this product: 5 June 22, 2012

I was originally turned away from these draws because of the price. So after a local climbing comp I won a few of these and decided to try them out a couple weeks later. I wish I had invested in these sooner! They're so lightweight you can hardly even tell you have them on you. The smooth nose is awesome so you don't have to worry about snagging. The stiff dog bone is great so while you're 60' above the ground you don't have to worry about spinning of the biners.

I will slowly be replacing all my draws with these. It may be expensive, but it is completely worth it!

This pad has kept me safe from some pretty long falls. Its taco shaped pad is great for many reasons; its great to protect you from rocks and trees, you can insert packs and other items inside and carry them securely, and you can even stuff other smaller pads inside of it no problem at all!

Great buy for all skill levels!

Merrell Trail Glove Shoe - Men's

Merrell Trail Glove Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 1, 2012

These shoes are awesome. They do run a little big for me. I had to downsize a full shoe size (from a 12 to an 11). I wear them all the time even though I promised myself they would just be for running. They're just so comfortable! Also they are very breathable. My feet never get hot while running. You can feel the breezes going right through the material.

Black Diamond Chaos Harness

Black Diamond Chaos Harness

Rating for this product: 5 May 1, 2012

Got this harness as a replacement for my incredibly old Petzl. Man am I glad I made the switch! I hadn't realized how light harnesses have gotten over the years. This feels like there is almost nothing there. It is incredibly comfortable too while sitting in it for a while too. No pain or numbness at all. The non-adjustable leg loops are different but not that bad. They just take a time or two to get used to.

Overall definitely a great buy and I would recommend this to anyone!

MHM Divide 55 Backpack - 3356cu in

MHM Divide 55 Backpack - 3356cu in

Rating for this product: 5 April 21, 2012

I bought this pack a couple months ago to be my main weekender pack. I absolutely love it. This is a great start for a company that has only been producing packs for just over a year.

Pros:
- Incredibly comfortable! I had this loaded down with camping gear, climbing gear, photography gear, and food all at once; and it sat perfectly on my back without any discomfort.
- The dual-pivoting hip belt is great. It helps so much to keep your balance when you're on those steep approaches to the cliff base for a climb.
- Compression straps galore! They're able to make everything feel nice and snug on your back.
- Don't fear the rain! The built in rainfly is great for the days/nights on the trail when a storm approaches out of no where. Haven't had to use it yet but I bet it'll hold up to just about mother nature has to throw at it.
- Ventilation. Plenty of area for airflow behind your back. It helps keep my back nice and cool on those nice trail days. The pack also feels incredibly ergonomic against your back.
- Amazing suspension system.
- The pack is fully adjustable depending on your height.
- Nice hydration compartment. If you have a larger water bladder (like me) it wont fit where the designated compartment is. So I just put it in the Backhugger System and that worked out just fine. Even has a pass through for your hose to connect to your shoulder straps.
- The QuickStuff Pack Sack is ingenious! Its so nice to have easy access to your sleeping bag for overnight trips. Or on day trips, its a great area to store items that can be accessed very quickly; sometimes without even taking off your pack if your skilled!
- Plenty of gear loops and pockets.
- Can be top-loaded or from the front.
- They look great. Most packs are starting to look bland these days; but not this one!
- Lifetime warranty!

Cons:
- No built-in pockets on the hipbelts. That would really be a nice addition. Although you can buy pockets for a decent price that easily clip right on the hipbelt.
- Front loading zipper started skipping teeth one time. This may have my personal fault because I think I overpacked it on that one occasion. I solved it by simply tightening the compression straps even more and that did the trick and got everything back in place.

Overall I definitely recommend this pack to anyone! This is basically a brand new company that definitely has winner on it's hands here. Now that the weather is getting warmer I can't wait to get this baby back out on the trail and see how tough this pack really is. I'll update this review as I use the pack more.
