replace the crank the front derailleur and possibly the rear derailleur if you have a short cage and that means the chain length too, I just switch from sram force compact to a dura ace triple and I love it, good luck but you can do it on the cheap if you search everywhere, mostly I bought from amazon n Ebay.. . Sorry you'll have to replace the shifter to a triple, the Ultegra numbers should end with a 3 except the rear derailleur will be a med cage if you are using a 28 max tooth or under. EML..
