Patagonia Footwear P26 Mid Gore-Tex Backpacking Boot - Men's

Patagonia Footwear P26 Mid Gore-Tex Backpacking Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 May 13, 2012

I have had these boots for 2 months now and wear these for daily work on golf course and they are light and comfortable. Like others have said, where the tongue meets the top of the boot is very thick. It took a week of wearing these before this area broke in and did not rub my skin raw. If you plan to backpack in these make sure you break them in for a good period of time before hitting the trail.

Also, I would not recommend these for saturated conditions. While these keep my feet dry walking through wet grass, i stood in a puddle right after I pulled them out of the box and within 15 seconds water was seeping through near the bottom on the tongue. It's a slightly bad design because water channels and seems to sit around the bottom of the tongue at the bottom lace. They do provide great stability and ankle support. You also can not beat the fact that Patagonia gives them a lifetime warranty.

Cutter Carbon Road Handlebar

Cutter Carbon Road Handlebar

Rating for this product: 4 September 28, 2011

I grabbed these bars for a sweet deal on BT. Saved 100 grams over my stock Easton EA 30 Bars. As the previous reviewer said, you can feel your cables through your bar tape, to me that is no big deal. The drops are 1 cm lower and that made a significant difference as far as feel goes. The bars also flex a slight bit if you are sprinting in the drops. I am 190 lbs just for reference. They also have the traditional rounded drops instead of the angular drops like most modern bars. If you are looking to save weight on a good set of traditional carbon bars then get your credit card out and start punching in those 16 digits.

Funny Fit, but well worth it

Louis Garneau Hoody Full-Zip Jersey - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Louis Garneau Hoody Full-Zip Jersey - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 August 21, 2011

A nice piece I picked up off bonktown. My only complaint is that it gives you a straight figure look. Makes chest look small, but you can slide two PBR tall boys in the pockets and you are ready to roll.

Not a good fit

Canari Cyclewear Hammer Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Full-Zip - Men's

Canari Cyclewear Hammer Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Full-Zip - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 June 12, 2011

I am 6'3" - 190 - 44" chest.

I got a large off bonktown.com and it really did not fit well. The sleeves came all the way down to the crease in my elbow and were baggy. The jersey was long like a night gown. The chest fit well, but then the stomach of the jersey stuck out like it was made for a very large calorie reserve. This thing would have been a real mess on a windy day. The jersey might work well for a new rider that isn't comfortable with a tight fitting jersey.

Great Joy Rider and Commuter

Cutter Bones Bike

Cutter Bones Bike

Rating for this product: 4 October 27, 2010

I use this bike to crank back and forth to school, run short errands, and ride home from the bar. The bike rides very smooth and quiet. I live in East TN and was worried I wouldn't be able to crank it up hills (my first single speed bike) but it is geared nicely. The bike has a nice response when you get out of the saddle and really start crankin it out to climb the hill or make the red light.

Cons:
- I threw the brake pads away after one ride and replaced them with some good ones. I am not riding fixed gear so only having one brake, it better work well.
-I had a tube blow out in the middle of the night. The rim tape is cheap and had slipped off of the spoke nipple. How it happened in the middle of the night, i dont know, but it woke me up.

For bonktown.com price of 224, I would highly recommend this bike to others.

I am 6'3" and the 60 fits like a glove.
