I bought the Mavic Syncro mainly because I liked the look of the ventilation. After my first hot ride in this helmet the function of the vents far outside the looks. The ventilation over the forehead is out of this world! No more overheating while climbing canyons.
I did notice the helmet fits slightly more snug than your 'average' helmet. I got the medium and it fits just perfectly but I feel like I could have gone with the large and been happy. Well worth the coin.

I should point out first that the Amethyst is definitely more purple than the photo leads on. A nice royal purple, nothing crazy. The first thing you might notice when you put these on (if you bought the right size) is how comfortable the liner is. Sugoi uses a quality chamois that protects and doesn't feel like a piece of wool between your legs. The liner fabric also breathes really well and doesn't feel like an extra layer under the shorts. The cut of the shorts is flattering and not overly baggy. They have a relaxed cut to them without being overly generous. The bottom hem sits right above my knee, so I don't look I am wearing man shorts or too much like a puritan. I am 5'9", 135 lbs and the medium fits with just a touch of extra room (which I prefer). I love these shorts so much I might just buy a pair in black. Well worth the money and great for commuting or mountain biking in.

I love wearing bib shorts because most cycling shorts have an elastic waist that feels like it is trying to act more like a girdle than a functional cycling piece. Not so with the Perla shorts. The waistband is soft and stretchy, so you never feel like you are being attacked by them. Although these shorts are made mostly for short rides, I have take them on a few 50 milers and felt totally fine with the Kiss3 chamois. Get your hands on a pair of these beauties!

Champion stripes are just for the pros. Comfortable sock that fits true to size. The coloring adds a nice touch to the seemingly boring kit colors of recent years.

Whats not to love about a sock that represents the home of one of the most revered spring classics? Comfortable and cool looking. I'm a huge fan of these socks.

I like this pack a lot for many reasons, but I will be the first to tell you it is the last thing to you should take on a mountaineering expedition. Great for day hikes, city walking, I like the chest and waist belt on it as well as the pocket options and main storage compartment. I have overstuffed this thing many a time and it had held up really well. I have even used it on a bike tour when space is at a premium and I need a pack I could bring into town, stead of wearing my handlebar bag as a purse. The durability on it is good, but could be way better. I would be much happier if they would introduce a cordura version instead of this flimsy rip-stop crap.

I bought this because I liked the style of rubber used for the soles and I am a fan of Evolv climbing shoes. These shoes fit a bit snugger than typical sneakers I have used from climbing companies. Not overly snug, just more fitted. The insole feels great and offers pretty good support. The gray color definitely has a purple tinge to it. I use them more for riding my bike around the city, but they are great to walk in and are perfect for summer. I might just buy a second pair.

I like the hug of the skirt on the hips and the slight flair after the bum. It flows nicely and is great for kicking around town. Definitely worth buying.

I love this jersey! The fabric is so soft and doesn't feel like typical jersey fabric. The fit is definitely a race fit so make sure you are buying the right size. I am 5'9 135lbs and bought a medium. It is tight, a race fit kind of way, but that is fine since I am using it for racing.

I bought these because I needed a pair of knickers to commute and kick around town in. I love the cut and the feel of them. The only downside is that some of the seams aren't sewn flat so you have to deal with them rubbing, as they do in the knees on the pair that I have. The 10 fits as a true 10. The high cut back is great because I no longer have to worry about exposing myself to people.

I have nothing but good things to say about this rack. Its form and construction are superb. If you are wanting a rack that you can use around town and for touring, this is your guy. Not as burly as the Surly rack but it still packs a punch. Don't skimp on your rack and buy some POS, get this dude and be happy.
