Maybe. I'm 5'1" at approx. the same weight, and the jacket pretty much hit me just over my hips. I had other problems with the jacket though. I ordered a size large because I've got a big chest (D) and curvy shape, but the fit was funny (not ha ha). The jacket was snug in the chest, baggy in the waist, and with looooooong arms. I LOVED the jacket, but had to return it; that's just not the look I'm going for...
