Answer to: "I have an airlight r shoe . I broke part of rachet strap. I cant"

Northwave Aerlite 3 Shoe - Men's

I had the same problem. Both the rachet and the strap went bad. I changed the rachet from another northwave shoes with only a screwdriver, but I still need the strap. How do I contact Northwave to deal with this. Did they actually send a new strap that you were able to put on.
