Got this in the black and grey for my wife a month ago to go with the stoic knickers and she loves it! It has a great cellphone/ipod pocket on it that really does a good job of holding whatever it is in there (i would not recommend putting your keys in it however). She has large athletic shoulders and arms for a woman and the arm holes haven't been a problem for her. Its a heavier weight then you would think which is flattering but not hot at all. In short she loves it and has used it for kayaking and paddle boarding.

I got these for my wife in black in a size 12 and she loves them! She is very athletic and usually has a problem with bermuda style shorts because they are cut more for the "yoga" type of women not so much the hike/bike/snowboard build with muscular legs. They look great and she loves that they are stretchy and have a wide and flattering waistband. She does however wear and 10 in jeans but was happy she ordered a size up (12). She is 5'8 and they stop right at the top of the knee cap.

the frame has the post built in, which is refered to as an integrated seat mast. you have to cut the frame to size and then use the included insert to fine tune the fit and attach the saddle. if you would like a better explanation of the integrated mast please contact our customer service staff. thanks!

having a compact crank installed would be much more beneficial for you than a triple. a double will always perform better than a triple. with a triple you would have to replace crank,front derailleur and shifters. give us a call and we can see what we can do for you
