My son-in-law, who climbs quite a bit, says he has always liked La Sportiva climbing shoes, and these haven't disappointed him. He says they're not too aggressive, making them a good choice for beginners, and that he found them comfortable. His only complaint (and the only reason they got four stars instead of five) is that they turned his feet green. No big deal, but some people might care.

I'm not into women's shoes all that much (maybe that's a good thing), but my wife says she has received numerous compliments about these shoes. I got her the black ones, and I think they look great too. I'll upload a picture so you can see for yourself.

These are durable and comfortable, great for climbing. They're a bit long for shorts, but I guess that's what you'd expect for knickers.

As someone who's more than 6 feet tall, I've spent too many nights sleeping on pads that weren't quite long enough. But the long version of this fits the bill well. It's also comfortable and seems like it will be rather durable.

This tent was especially easy to put up. Because the main part of the tent is mostly mesh, it's exceptionally lightweight, but the rain fly was sufficient to protect us from the elements. It's also a nice color scheme -- overall, we were quite satisfied.

We picked these out for their looks, and we're not disappointed at all.

I'm not a climber, but the relative I got them for says they're the best climbing shoes ever for aggressive bouldering: He says the toe has a good edge, the heel is indestructible, the sole has great rubber and the shoe overall has the right amount of flexibility (or lack of it).

These are comfortable and well-built although a bit bulky. They've worn very well so far and will probably last a long time. My only long-term concern is that sole doesn't wrap around to the upper part of the shoe like soles on some approach shoes, so there might be the possibility of the sole pulling loose. But there's been no problem so far after considerable use.

I just got these for a gift, so I'm not going to be able to give them a thorough test. They're both lightweight and sturdy; I could wear these all day without discomfort, and they feel like they'd last forever. And they really are distortion-free, very comfortable on the eyes. I may have to get them for myself.

We got this for our college student son for Christmas. We had such a mild winter here in Utah that I can't really say it's been tested in the cold, but he has liked the jacket and found it comfortable enough to wear all over the place. There's nothing flimsy about it, so it should last for a long time.

This was bought as a Christmas gift for a youngster, and by all accounts it turned out to be perfect for this year's winter in southeastern Idaho, keeping him warm and dry as well as stylish. It looks great, and it looked sturdy enough to be next year's hand-me-down.
