The North Face Apex Bionic Softshell Jacket - Men's

I got this jacket for Christmas and it's been great! The jacket is great. However, somehow, it developed this mark on the cuff and side. It looks like a stain but I can't figure out how that could've happened. I looks like it could be a bleach stain but I've not been around bleach of any kind. The coat is very comfortable and warm and does an excellent job of shedding the rain. I'm just disappointed about the stain.
