These are good cross country-ish gloves and have kept my hands surprisingly warm as temps dropped of here in Northern California. I can't give them a five star review as they have been great but aren't phenomenal protecting against rocks when you fall.

Six Six One Kyle Strait Knee Guard

Six Six One Kyle Strait Knee Guard

These pads have saved my knees from pretty severe injuries and I have been extremely happy with them. They are kind of a PITA to get on but they fully envelope your knee so the sides and back of your leg are also a little protected from rock rash and etc.

NiteRider MiNewt.300 USB Plus Light

NiteRider MiNewt.300 USB Plus Light

Rating for this product: 4 January 2, 2012

I ride a lot of very rocky local trails going into dusk and this light has done a phenomenal job of lighting the way. My only 'complaint' isn't that I haven't figured out how to tell how much of the battery charge is left which led to a couple very dark and very careful rides off of the hill (this could obviously be remedied by me reading the instructions lol). I have $50 and $80 bike lights and this blows them out of the water.
