need a glove for nordic skiing, but nothing too bulky...I hate

need a glove for nordic skiing, but nothing too bulky...I hate it when my fingers get cold, and you know sometimes I fall and my hands hit the snow...I hate it when my gloves get soaked. any recommendations?
