The minuteman bibs are wicked sweet trousers. I bought a pair in late April of this year, and wore them probably 6 times before heading back east to NH from Colorado in mid-May. I wore them in a variety of conditions, including a day of temps in the low teens with low clouds and heavy snow at A-Basin (my best day there, ever) and a day of climbing and skiing steep couloirs on Pike’s Peak under the hot, hot sun. The pants kept me warm and dry on the cold day, and ventilated perfectly on the hot day (I was wearing shorts underneath, of course). The cut is roomier than your standard type of ski pant, but I think they look slick and never had a problem with the size of the cuffs, even when tele turning, front pointing, or skinning. I got a size large/long and the bibs cover most of my torso.

My one gripe, as many have said before, is that the pockets really suck on these pants. No space for much except some cash, car keys, and a snickers. Of course, part of what makes the pants a joy to wear is that they feel like they aren't there, and having stuff floating around in big pockets would ruin that. My new jacket, a Patagonia Dimension which is also totally sweet, has enough pocket space to comfortably store my climbing skins, so I find I have the storage space.
