Mountain Hardwear Downtown Down Coat - Women's

After reading mutliple reviews to figure out which size would work best for me, I am still torn between small and medium. I am 5 ft 4 inches, about 130 to 125 lbs, with an athletic build. I plan on using this jacket as a going out at night jacket, so I would probably be wearing non bulky items underneath for the most part. Any suggestions? Thanks!
