I am deciding between the Alpha LT and the Theta AR. I understand

Arc'teryx Alpha LT Jacket - Men's

I am deciding between the Alpha LT and the Theta AR. I understand the Alpha LT being lighter is the main difference but I need more than that to sway my decision. Besides all around wear, I want a jacket good for skiing. I had a Theta AR for 6 years and loved it but unfortunately lost it :(. Will someone please help make my decision easier?
