Be careful when putting these on and taking them off...take your time. I really enjoy the minimal padding, offers maximum feedback through the bars. Excellent breathability. Only drawback is no sweat wipe, but that's okay...I just ride faster to help it evaporate! I have the Rosso Corsa, too however I find that above 85 degrees they get a bit hot on the palms and top despite being visually well vented. Must be the padding? Castelli replaced them for me as the hem around the hand opening broke open after first ride. Again I stress, most of their gloves are minimal and do require patience when putting them on and/or removing.

Castelli Giugno Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Jersey has nicely rounded shoulders, great for riding position. I wear US size 40 suit, 6' tall, 32" waist, 174 lbs. Ordered the L and it's race fit tight on shoulders, arms and chest. I'm just over 6' tall and the only complaint I have is that the length is not "race length" to match the upper portions fit. The tail is waaaay too long and made worse when you have gear in the pockets, it covers nearly 65% of my butt - too long. I'm not going to wear it again until I'm able to take it to my tailor and have a horizontal dart put in just above the pockets in order to keep my gear from bouncing around on the butt.
Aside from that, the style is great!
