Never mind, found the answer on the Dakota site. It is 31" inseam on the regulars, though they also have longs in a 33".

The sizes for this pant (S/M/L/XL) all have a "-31" after them. Does that mean that the length on each is the same (31")? Sizing charts on this pant elsewhere suggest the larger sizes are slightly longer. Thanks.
