Columbia Arcadia Rain Jacket - Women's

I bought an XS black. Fitting is ok, I’m 5’00 petite. The jacket has a nice shape and a very convenience hood that protects the face and hair. I thought it would work great for the rain here in Honolulu. I was so excited to try my jacket so I went for a walk on a rainy night but I felt really hot and the jacket also had a plastic feeling in my skin. I think venting is necessary and also the jacket may be a better choice for other temperatures.
Honolulu temperatures at night are around the mid-70s.
