Cute but could be more comfy

Dansko Volley Floral Clog - Women's

I got this one (in the red floral) and a leather hopsack Volley. I liked the cute look of the red floral pattern but I much prefer the comfort of the leather hopsack. This is a vegan shoe, so instead of the nice, cushy leather insole/footbed, they use a strange mesh netting material that is not nearly as soft or padded as the leather plus I actually find the mesh uncomfortable on my soles. I couldn't imagine walking extensively with this insole. But a friend wisely suggested I get some padded insoles and they seem to be doing the trick. Wish Dansko would have paired this cute fabric with their typical leather insole. (Frankly, if I had tried this shoe on in the store, I would not have bought this pattern, just the leather Hopsack shoe.)

Cute & comfy!

What a comfortable shoe and so cute! Love it! The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it feels a half size too big. I got a 37 (and a Sanitos clog of identical style fits perfectly in 37, though it's footbed it too hard for my liking) and it feels a 1/2 size too big. I suppose if I wore it with thick socks, it would fit fine. But because of the style of this shoe, I prefer no socks and it's kinda big. But a 36 would squish my toes, so I'm keeping it. I've already worn it many times and really love it!
