I love the idea of this snowshoe. So far I have only walked in the woods and trails around my home. After my first walk I noticed that one of the small rubber tabs that hold the straps in place after hooking was missing. I called the company and they sent me another one via return mail. It was quick. I asked for a few extras and they included two more in my package. Great service. Now I just have to take them out on a steep trail.
