Little disappointed

Arc'teryx Atom LT Hooded Insulated Jacket - Women's

I read all the reviews on this jacket, on this website and others, and every one raves about it. People say this brand is the best made and super durable...I ordered this jacket and one week after owning it a seam in the hood came undone. I guess it was just a fluke? It's one of the two inner seems inside the hood. My boyfriend also owns this jacket and after a couple weeks of owning it a hole formed in the fleece side. He ordered his with a pro-deal and does have the warranty. I plan on having mine exchanged because I was super excited about it. I am very impressed with the warmth, comfort, breathability, and water resistance. I live in rainy SE Alaska and it holds up well in light rain and dries very quickly.
